Click here for the Gananoque Section General Fees and Rates IncreaseAt the March 9th Council meeting, Council passed 'By-law 09-014 - General Fees and Rates for Various Services Provided by the Municipality'. As a result, some fees have been increased. Effective immediately, waste labels are $15.00 for a book of 10. Other fees have also increased. | BURN BAN The Township of Leeds and the 1000 Islands is currently in a burn ban situation which includes all open air brush burning and incinerators and the only exception will be if you have received a significant amount of rainfall in the previous 24 hours.

| New Municipal Office/Roads Garage/Fire Hall
The Architects at Greer Galloway Consultants have now completed the final draft of the building plans for the new Municipal Office, Roads Garage and Fire Hall to be built on the east side of County Rd. 3, just on the outskirts of the Village of Lansdowne.
